“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Rose , of M1 Insolvency, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham, NG1 6EE, (IP No. 8928) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
