Notice is hereby given of my intention to declare a first dividend to unsecured non-preferential creditors of the company within two months of the final date for proving, which is 3 November 2016.

Any creditor who has not already submitted their claim is required to send their proofs of debt, together with such substantiating evidence as the Liquidators may require, to Mark Tailby, MT Insolvency Limited, 21 High View Close, Hamilton Office Park, Hamilton, Leicester, LE4 9LJ by no later than 3 November 2016. Any creditor who has not proved his debt by 3 November 2016 will be excluded from the dividend. The Liquidators are not obliged to deal with claims lodged after 3 November 2016.
