“That the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Sandra Fender, of Sanderlings LLP, Sanderlings, Becketts Farm, Alcester Road, Birmingham, B47 6AJ, (IP No 232720) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 12 February 2026 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Sandra Fender of Sanderlings LLP, Sanderlings, Becketts Farm, Alcester Road, Birmingham, B47 6AJ as Liquidator of the company.
