"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kelly Burton (IP No. 11750) and Emma Dowd (IP No. 17650) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up an that anything required or authorised be done by the Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up be done by both or either of them."
