At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Holiday Inn, Ashford Central, Canterbury Road, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8QQ on 02 September 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Dunton, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, One Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BD, (IP No. 13810) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
