“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rachel Ballinger, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP No 11510) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
