Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors for the purpose of agreeing the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ remuneration.
