At a Meeting of above named company, duly convened, and held at Richard House, Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3HP on 14 June 2022 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) and Richard Goodall (IP No. 27332) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
