NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules, 1986, that a meeting of the Creditors of the Company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators and will be held at the offices of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU on 23 September 2016 at 11.00 hrs. The purpose of this meeting is to consider and if thought fit appoint a creditors' committee to assist the Joint Liquidators (such committee must comprise of between 3 and 5 creditors) and to vote on the following resolutions:

In the absence of a creditors' committee:

1. The Joint Liquidators' fee be fixed on a time cost basis, in conjunction with fee estimate provided in the final Administration progress report (copies available free of charge on request) dated 25 July 2016 of ÂŁ18,883.

2. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw category 2 disbursements in respect of postage, stationery, photocopying charges, telephone, fax and other electronic communication on the basis of ÂŁ5 per creditor per year. This is estimated to be ÂŁ1,050 in total.

All proxy forms and unfiled proof of debt forms are to be sent to the Joint Liquidators' offices at BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU by no later than 12.00 pm on 22 September 2016, in order for creditors to be entitled to vote at the meeting. Please contact the Joint Liquidators if you propose to attend the meeting.
