At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley WF17 9EJ, on 23 September 2016 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Peter O'Hara, of O’Hara & Co, Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, West Yorkshire WF17 9EJ and Michael Colin John Sanders, of MHA MacIntyre Hudson, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ, (IP Nos: 6371 and 8698) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
