At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 66-69 The Broadway, Chesham, HP5 1BX on 11 February 2026 at 10.40 am, pursuant to Sections 282 & 283 of the Companies Act 2006 and Section 84(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rob Keyes (IP No. 008841) and Paul Ellison (IP No. 7254) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
