Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54(6) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held at the office of Robson Laidler Accountants Limited, Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ on 2 September 2016 at 10.00 am. Resolutions proposed at the meeting will include a resolution specifying the terms on which the joint liquidators are to be remunerated.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. It is not necessary for the proxy holder to be a creditor. Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged with the joint liquidators at Robson Laidler Accountants Limited, Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ by no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
