We, Geoffrey Wayne Bouchier and Paul David Williams (IP Nos. 9535 and 9294) of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG give notice in accordance with Rule 4.106A(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 25 August 2016.

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the Company which is being wound up, are required, on or before 31 October 2016 to prove their debts by sending written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company, to Geoffrey Wayne Bouchier at The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG. If so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt was proved.
