Notice is hereby given that Filippa Connor and Ruth E Duncan, both of RNF Business Advisory Limited, Mynott House, 14 Bowling Green Lane, London EC1R 0BD, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named Company on 13 May 2016. Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Joint Liquidator to be held on 23 May 2016, at 10.30 am at Court Room, St Andrews Holborn Conference Venue, 7 St Andrew Street, London EC4A 3AF under Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Section 137 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of: For the formation of a Creditors Committee, consisting of between 3 and 5 creditors; The authorisation of the Liquidators’ fees on a time costs basis, plus VAT, to be drawn as and when realisations allow; if no Creditors Committee is to be formed; The authorisation of the Liquidators’ disbursements to be taken as stated in the Guide to Liquidators Fees (SIP9); if no Creditors Committee is to be formed.

A proxy form is available and must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on 22 August 2016. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf together with a completed Proof of Debt form if you have not already lodged one.
