Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54(2)(a) of the Insolvency Rules 1986that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 136 Hertford Road, Enfield, Middlesex EN3 5AX on 15 June 2016 at 11.00 am. The meeting is at the request of a creditor under Section 171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of the removal from office of the present Liquidator and the appointment of Mr Nedim Patrick Ailyan of Abbott Fielding Limited and Mr Stephen Hunt of Griffins to be appointed as the new Liquidators in his place. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies, together with a statement of their claim to 136 Hertford Road, Enfield, Middlesex, EN3 5AX no later than 12.00 noon on the day before the meeting. Engin Faik (IP No: 9635), of Cornerstone Business Recovery, 136 Hertford Road, Enfield, Middlesex EN3 5AX, is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner who will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require during the period before the day on which the meeting is to be held.
