A petition to wind up the above named company Aster Management Limited (Co Ref No 08455855) of Unit 1.02 52 Boar Lane, Leeds, LS1 5EL and presented on 5 July 2016 by LEEDS CITY COUNCIL, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds on 13 September 2016 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 4.00 pm on 12 September 2016.
