Notice is hereby given that the following Determinations were made on 04 July 2016 as a Special Determination and Ordinary Determinations respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the LLP cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that the Joint Liquidators should be authorised to exercise any powers specified in Part I of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Stephen Hunt and Kevin Goldfarb , both of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LG, (IP Nos 9183 and 8858) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them.”
