Special resolution

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

Ordinary resolution

2. That Benjamin Peterson of BDO LLP, Water Court, Ground Floor, Suite B, 116-118 Canal Street, Nottingham, NG1 7HF and Lee Causer of BDO LLP, Two Snowhill, Snow Hill Queensway, Birmingham B4 6GA be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.
