A Petition to wind up the above-named Company having its registered office at Milner House, 13 Manchester Square, London, W1U 3PP , presented on 15 August 2016 by the Petitioner SONY EUROPE LTD of The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0XW, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard by Companies Court at The Rolls Building Royal Courts of Justice 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL, on 3 October 2016, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
