At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 13 February 2026, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

"That Lee Morris and John Thompson of Marshall Peters, Bartle House, Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up."

The appointment of Lee Morris and John Thompson as Joint Liquidators was not ratified by creditors and the creditors then resolved to appoint Ryan Davies of Moore Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, 6th Floor, 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP, as liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up
