Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of Back Street Central Club Limited will be held at 37 Sun Street, London, EC2M 2PL on 26 October 2016 at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at 37 Sun Street, London, EC2M 2PL, no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings. The Liquidator gives notice as required by Rules 4.186 and 11.7 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that there will be no dividend paid to any class of creditor of the Company.
