Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the company, duly convened and held at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 2 Whitehall Quay, Leeds, LS1 4HG on 03 October 2016 the following special resolution and ordinary resolution was passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Keith Marshall and Gareth Harris, both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 4th Floor, Springfield House, 76 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 2AY, (IP Nos. 9745 and 14412), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
