At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton BN1 4EA on 15 August 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Garry Lock and Sean Bucknall, both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton BN1 4EA, (IP Nos 12670 and 18030) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.” At a subsequent meeting of creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Garry Lock and Sean Bucknall was confirmed.
