At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 8 Park Place, Leeds, LS1 2RU on 14 August 2017 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and David Anthony Willis (IP No. 9180) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 8 Park Place, Leeds, LS1 2RU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
