“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joe Whiley (IP No. 29410) of Insolvency Direct Ltd, Saxon House, Saxon Way, Cheltenham, GL52 6QX be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
