Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Premier Meetings Stoke, Stone Road, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ST4 8JG on 19 August 2016 at 2.15 pm for the purposes provided for in Sections 99 and 101 of the said Act. A proxy form is available which, to enable a creditor to vote, must be lodged, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of Kay Johnson Gee Corporate Recovery Limited, 1 City Road East, Manchester, M15 4PN, not later than 12.00 noon on 18 August 2016. The proxy form and statement may be posted or sent by fax to 0161 834 8479. Secured Creditors may vote only for the balance of the debt, which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Kay Johnson Gee Corporate Recovery Limited, 1 City Road East, Manchester, M15 4PN on 17 and 18 August 2016 between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. The meeting will receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
