Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final General Meetings of the members and creditors of Blade Access Specialists Limited will be held at the offices of DL Partnership (UK) Limited, DLP House, 46 Prescott Street, Halifax, HX1 2QW on 15 September 2016 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, to receive any explanation which may be given by the Joint Liquidators and to pass certain resolutions including the release of the Joint Liquidators and the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Lquidators shall be disposed of. Any Creditor wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge a completed Proof of Debt form, (together, if it is desired to vote by proxy, with a completed Proxy Form) at the offices of DL Partnership (UK) Limited, DLP House, 46 Prescott Street, Halifax, HX1 2QW, no later than 12 noon on 14 September 2016.
