At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ on 23 April 2019, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) and Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be and is hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
