At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held on 22 July 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Amie Johnson, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, One Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BD and Carrie James, of SA Insolvency, 3 Staplow Road, Worcester, WR5 2LZ, (IP Nos. 18570 and 16570) be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
