Pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 a meeting of the creditors of the above Company was summoned to be held at Bishop Fleming, Torquay on 8 May 2015 at 11.00 am. This meeting was cancelled, and as a result the Company was not placed into Liquidation and no Liquidator was appointed by either the members or creditors of the Company. Consequently the Company remains in the control of the board of directors.
