The liquidator has convened a meeting of the creditors of the Company under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 to take place at Grant Thornton UK LLP, Hartwell House, 55-61 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6FT at 11.45am on 16 June 2016 for the purposes of receiving the liquidator’s report of the winding up and of determining whether the liquidator should have his release under the provisions of Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
