At a general meeting of the above named company convened and held at the offices of Mazars LLP, The Lexicon, Mount Street, Manchester, M2 5NT on 11 October 2016 at 10.00 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Conrad Alexander Pearson and Patrick Lannagan, both of Mazars LLP, The Lexicon, Mount Street, Manchester, M2 5NT, (IP Nos. 014732 and 009590), be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
