“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Francesca Tackie, of Mercury Corporate Recovery Solutions Ltd, Empress Business Centre, 380 Chester Road, Manchester M16 9EA, (IP No. 9713) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
