A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 6-10 Bruton Street, London, England W1J 6PU presented on the 21 April 2022 by LYF (LONDON) LTD whose Registered Office is at 25 Balham High Road, London, England SW12 9AL claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 14th day of June 2022 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 13 June 2022.
