Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 23 September 2016 as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Julie Swan and Mark Phillips, both of PCR (Newcastle) Limited, Suite 108, Collingwood Buildings, 38 Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1JF, (IP Nos 9168 and 9320) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.” At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on 23 September 2016 the appointment of Julie Swan and Mark Phillips as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
