At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company, convened and held at the offices of Dunion & Co Limited, Boulevard House, 160 High Street, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 5TT, on 26 September 2016, at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were proposed and duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution by the shareholders of the Company:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and the winding up be a members’ voluntary winding up and that Diane Grace Dunion,(IP No. 9292) of Dunion & Co Limited, Boulevard House, 160 High Street, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 5TT be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
