“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Kim Rayment,(IP No. 6775) and Edward T Kerr,(IP No. 9021) both of BDO LLP, Pannell House, 159 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1LD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.”
