Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Asset House, 28 Thorpe Wood, Peterborough, PE3 6SR on 28 September 2016 the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that its is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian David Allen, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Asset House, 28 Thorpe Wood, Peterborough, PE3 6SR and Steven Mark Law, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Abbotsgate House, Hollow Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP32 7FA, (IP Nos 008740 and 008727) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
