At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Unit 6 Neptune Close, Lakeside Business Park, Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent ME2 4LT the following resolution was duly passed as a Special Resolution:

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Edwin D.S. Kirker of Kirker & Co., Centre 645, Old Brompton Road, South Kensington, London SW7 3DQ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up.”
