"That the Company is being wound up voluntarily and that Stewart Goldsmith (IP No. 020970) and Nicola Elaine Layland (IP No. 017652) both of Leonard Curtis, 1580 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7AG be and are hereby appointed as joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and the liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally”.
