“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Rose, of M1 Insolvency, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham, NG1 6EE, (IP No. 8928) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
