In accordance with Rule 4.106A(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that Andrew Watling (IP No.15910) and Carl Jackson (IP No. 08860), of Quantuma LLP, 14TH Floor Dukes Keep, 1 Marsh Lane, Southampton, SO14 3EX were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 13 October 2016 by the Secretary of State.
