Notice is hereby given, that I Anthony Davidson of McTear Williams & Wood, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT was appointed Joint Liquidator of Chainfocus Limited t/a Curtis Sloane by the Secretary of State on 15 July 2016.A meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT, on 06 September 2016, at 10.30 am. The meeting has been summoned by the liquidator for the purposes of appointing a creditors’ committee if creditors wish and fixing the remuneration of the liquidator by as set out in the fee proposal. A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a creditor.
