At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Level 1 Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EG on 26 September 2016, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Malcolm Cork,(IP No. 009401) and Stephen Paul Grant,(IP No. 008929) both of Wilkins Kennedy LLP, Bridge House, London Bridge, London SE1 9QR be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that they may act jointly and severally.”
