Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 June 2016 as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That pursuant to Section 84(1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Julie Swan and Mark Phillips, both of PCR (Newcastle) Limited, Suite 108, Collingwood Buildings, 38 Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1JF, (IP Nos. 9168 and 9320) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be entitled to act both jointly and severally.”
