A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 6 Queens Court North, Third Avenue, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, England NE11 0BU presented on 21 July 2016 by STEVEN PHILLIP ROSS and STEPHEN JAMES WAINWRIGHT (Joint Administrators of Cosy Seal Insulation Limited), of Tennon House, Ferry Boat Land, Sunderland SR5 3JN and Poppleton and Appleby, 16 Oxford Court, Bishopsgate, Manchester M2 3WQ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice Chancery Division, Manchester District Registry, 1 Bridge Street, Manchester M60 9DJ, on 5 September 2016, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
