Notice is hereby given by Laurence Russell of Albert Goodman LLP, Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW that a meeting of creditors of Country Life Buildings Ltd, Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW is to be held at Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW on 13 April 2016 at 11.00 am.

The meeting is an initial creditors’ meeting requested under paragraph 52(2) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, the purpose of which is to enable proper consideration of the administrator’s report and proposals issued on 9 March 2016 and to consider exit routes.

I invite you to attend the above meeting.
