“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher John Stirland,(IP No. 009368) of FRP Advisory LLP, Stanford House, 19 Castle Gate, Nottingham NG1 7AQ and John A Lowe,(IP No. 009513) of FRP Advisory LLP, Stanford House, 19 Castle Gate, Nottingham NG1 7AQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
