At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EY, on 28 September 2016 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Simon, of AABRS Limited, Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EY, (IP No 008635) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
