NOTICE OF INTENDED DIVIDEND UNDER R14.29

Simon Renshaw (IP Number: 9712) of IQ Insolvency Limited of 6a Nesbitts Alley, First Floor, Barnet, EN5 5XG was appointed as Liquidator of the Company on 30 June 2023.

Notice is hereby given that the Court has granted that all proceedings in the winding-up of the Company be stayed indefinitely on the basis that the creditors' claims, together with statutory interest (where the payment of such interest has not been waived by the creditor) be paid or secured in full.
